Change and return

All products have a 30-day exchange and return right. Normal exchange and return rights do not apply to gift cards. Product exchange and product return is free of charge. The returned product must be unused and in its original condition. Return the products in the original packaging with the hang tags in place. Pack the products carefully.

We charge a return fee of €5.90 for the return, which is deducted from the refund made to the customer. Product exchange is always free the first time an order is exchanged.

Returns

Product exchanges

Product exchange is only possible for a product of the same price and is free for the first exchange of the order. If you want to exchange the product for a different priced product, return the product according to the return instructions and order the desired product from the online store. We process product exchanges within 1-3 business days of receiving it, in which case we send the new product automatically.
