Payment
The following secure payment methods are available in our online store:
- Online banking payment (Verifone)
- Credit card payment (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- Mobile payments (Mobilepay, Siirto)
Verifone
The payment service is provided by Verifone Finland Oy (0943819-9). Verifone Finland Oy is a payment service provider licensed by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment transactions are carried out in Verifone Finland Oy’s secure payment environment.
The Verifone payment transfer service forwards your payment to the merchant. If Verifone Finland Oy appears on your statement or credit card bill, we have forwarded your payment.
The online store acts as a marketer of products and services and as a supplier of products to the customer. The online store takes care of the statutory and other obligations related to the transaction. If you want to claim or return a product, you should contact the online store where the product was ordered directly.
Payment in online banking
You have payment buttons for all Finnish banks at your disposal.
Credit card payments
You can pay for Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard in the online store. The online store uses international Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode authentication services.
Mobile payments
You can pay online with Siirto and Mobilepay mobile payment.
Delivery
Post and Matkahuolto
We deliver orders using Posti and Matkahuolto and parcel services. You can choose the desired delivery method at the checkout of the online store.
Postal parcels and Matkahuolto’s shipments will be delivered to the nearest transaction point or picked up from the vending machine in 1-3 working days.
Delivery time
As a rule, orders received by 13:00 on weekdays will be shipped the same day. After that, ordered orders will leave the next business day. Orders received over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
Delivery usually takes 1-3 business days. The package picked up from the post office is usually available for pick-up the next working day after delivery. We are not responsible for the delivery time after the product has been handed over to the shipping company. Although shipping companies usually deliver products as promised, there may be delays in the delivery of packages from time to time.
